FlashPrint is an educational software platform that helps users generate, organize, and study flashcards and related learning materials using AI-assisted tools.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Use FlashPrint for unlawful purposes
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
- Share login credentials or subscription access
- Upload harmful, abusive, misleading, copyrighted, or illegal content
- Circumvent usage limits, subscription restrictions, or paywalls
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Content & Ownership
FlashPrint allows users to upload study materials including text, images, audio, transcripts, and other educational content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your content.
By using FlashPrint, you grant us a limited license to store, process, analyze, and display User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We do not sell, rent, or license User Content to third parties.
5. AI-Generated Content
FlashPrint may generate flashcards, summaries, quizzes, notes, and other instructional content using automated systems. AI-generated content may be incomplete or contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for how you use such content.
6. Educational & Personal Use
FlashPrint is intended for personal, non-commercial, educational use. Commercial or institutional use requires separate written permission.
7. Recording & Uploading Policy
If you upload audio, lecture recordings, screenshots, or study materials:
- You are responsible for compliance with school, workplace, or copyright rules.
- Do not upload materials unless you have rights to do so.
- Do not upload private or confidential conversations without consent.
FlashPrint is not liable for unauthorized recording or distribution by users.
8. Subscription & Billing
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
We do not provide refunds except where required by applicable law.
9. Usage Limits
Free and paid plans may include usage limits on:
- Flashcard generation
- OCR/image imports
- Audio processing
- Notes
- Mind maps
- Decks
- Storage
We reserve the right to enforce reasonable limits to prevent abuse.
10. Intellectual Property
FlashPrint owns all rights to the platform, including software, design, logos, and branding. You may not copy, repackage, or redistribute the Service.
11. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FlashPrint does not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated content or uninterrupted operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlashPrint is not responsible for damages resulting from:
- Use or inability to use the platform
- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
- Loss of academic results
- Data loss or service interruptions
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updates.
